There is no such "bird" out there.

Call up your creditors and negotiate yourself. It doesn’t cost you any extra money and is just as effective (or not) as hiring a debt consolidation company. Which will let all you accounts go delinquent in hopes that your creditors will accept a settlement (which they won’t anymore… because they don’t have to and can just sue you in court…)
Most of the time they run off with the money you pay them to pay your creditors and call it a fee for services rendered and then you find out they did nothing to make it better but they actually completely ruined your credit score for good.

they will take a big big big fee.
they will tell you not to pay the companies for several months.
they will tell you to just ignore the phone calls.
    it will destroy your credit.
did i mention the big big fee.
then it will not work, you will owe more and have been ripped off the big fee. it is a wast of your time, and your money.

I hope I have not been unclear.

So what do you do? Pay the bills, one at a time. Work with the cc company’s and tell them your trying – . Take your smallest balance card pay it off first, then work your way to your other cards. keep current on all of them, but toss money on the first one. continue the strategy until your done – yes , it will or may take you months and months, perhaps years. In the mean time, sell anything you can – and take another job. I know it sucks, it blows and all that stuff. Your going to go through all kinds of crap. it will make you three things 1) a person who owes no money 2 ) a person who learned a valuable lesson 3) a person who will never borrow money on stupid credit cards again.

hang in there, you can do it. Sorry the solution is not as easy and fast as it was for me to type it. I have faith in you.
