I just pulled up my credit report and i have a bill with Verizon, I called Verizon and they couldn’t help me.

They couldnt help me get this bill payed. I’m guessing they sold my account to some other company. I ONLY OWE 4 and i can’t pay it to fix my credit.

If it ‘s on your credit bureau it will also show the company it was sold to (collection agency) contact them to make payment directly – send payment with signature required for your records and keep copy of cancelled check and statement of amount due and to whom for what – then keep pestering the collection agency to post the update to your credit bureau (that can take up to 30 days to post and show up) Good Luck (it’s frustrating)
