i just realized that i have to be seroius about my future now and pay off my debts and fix my credit and save money as well and i need some help if anyone can tell me which steps i should take. im currently working and only making 2000 a month.

well if you declare bankruptcy it will ruin you for 10 years and depend on you assets you might not get your debt wipe out!! so that means you have to pay them down -=– well at 20000 your debt is rising about 275 dollars a money — that is the interest — so what you do is you take the credit card bills and put them in a stack with the lowest interest on top — each month you pay the minimum plus 10% of the payment to these and the ones with the most interest you pay the minimum plus every possible penny — meanwhile you get rid of cell phone interent and cable!!! since you will be working a part time you will not have time for these things anyway!!!

You cut the cars in half. Then have you bank automatically take $400 out of your account every month and send it to the card companies. As it is, this will take about 6 years to pay them off completely. Smaller amounts deducted will make it take a lot longer.

Call the credit card companies and tell them that you want them to cut the interest rate so you can pay them off and not go into bankruptcy. They should give you a discount because they want to get their money back. If you are living on your own and can move back home and save money on rent, that would be a good thing. Make your lunches and see if you can commute by bus as it is cheaper than driving. You may have to take a part time job.

call the credit card companies, or other debtors, tell them you will settle for half price or youwill declare bankruptcy. they just might do it.
