Has any1 had some1 fix their credit by erasing past delinquencies?!?

Hey guys!
I met this guy who works for a credit card company and works in the financial aspect of it. He has access to all 3 credit companys. Anyway, he says he can go and erase all my past delinquencies and what not! And doing so it will help my credit score etc, etc. However, for each credit card company I messed up on in order to fix he’s gonna charge me 0. Well today we’re going to meet up and he’s going to explain how the whole thing works. So I was wondering are there certain questions I should ask? Could this be true? Do those credit fix companys actually work? Your feedback is greatly appreciate it….Thanks in advance! =]

Additional Details:::..

He told me he can’t erase the fact that I had that credit card….it’s always going to be in my credit report. The only thing he’s saying is that he can erase my late payments.

    This guy does not sound like a credit card fix company. It sounds like he will do this on his own because he has some type of credit bureau access. If this is the case then and he can actually do this then you credit will most likely get better quickly.

    ** I would be very carefull, clearly this is not a legal thing to do. This fake is like someone at the DMV giving out fake drivers licenses. Be carefull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sounds like a scam to me- i don’t think you can ‘erase’ deliquncies, you simply must wait the 7 or so years for them to be dropped off the report. If someone could legitimately do this, why would ANYONE have poor credit scores?

    Your being scamed and I would not go meet him and certainly would not give him $150 of your hard earned cash.

    yes, you can do it yourself, write letters of explanation to the credit bureaus, and write to the credit companies and ask them to remove bad credit that has been resolved (if you’ve resolved it or if you dispute it) don’t pay someone when you can do it yourself!

  5. itsjustme Says:

    Not the greatest thing in the world to do! IF he can actually do this it will be an illegal access to your account with the credit company. I wouldn’t trust anyone who claims to be able to do that! What are you going to do when he steals your ID?
