Are there attorneys who can erase items from your driving history?

There are attorneys which can fix your credit history from the three credit reporting companies but are there attorneys that can help erase items from your driving record? I have two accidents reported in my Texas driving history of which, only one am I responsible for. The other one is not my fault but is tagged as "At fault" which is affecting my auto insurance premium rates. How can I get these negative items off of the history or at least have them neutralized so they don’t negatively impact.

There are NOT attorneys that can fix your credit history legally unless it contains FALSE information. If it does, you don’t NEED an attorney, you can file the SAME dispute directly with the credit bureaus at NO CHARGE.
The same is true about your driving record. Note: The insurance companies don’t CARE if Texas thinks you were at fault or not. The fact you were involved in a collision and they had to pay a claim is what is affecting your rates. Even if the court wiped your record, the insurance companies will ALWAYS know the claim was paid.

Attorneys (or you) can potition the court to have this removed. Check first with your Motor Veicle Dep for the state and ask about the process.

If you use an attorney, pick a reputable one that charges fairly and gives you a written expectation of the process, charges.

there are no attorneys that can fix bad credit if it is legitimate, factual information on credit reports can not be "fixed" the same goes for your driving record
