Here how it works. It’s Just an EXCEL SPREADSHEAT You enter all of your debts, the interest rate, term and minimum payment. The Debt Calculator tells you how long to pay off your debts f you pay the minimum and how much interest you will be charged over the life of the debt.

After you have entered all of your debt the Spreadsheet allows you to sort by say interest rate. Now you have your highest interest rate debt to be paid off first than the next lower ect. This may need to be adjusted for home loans or auto payments, you can do that manually. Next you can increase your payment from say $500.00 monthly to say $800.00 monthly. The Calculator tells you how long to be debt free and what your savings are in interest over the now shorter time frame to become debt free. Some of the Features are sort by Lowest balance, highest interest rate or even custom highest first lowest first or the order you entered them
